From the dark recesses of the Tennessee backwoods comes the one, the only... Eric Powell! Powell's blend of stunning artwork, compelling storytelling and juvenile humor has propelled him to stratospheric heights in comicdom. Come meet him for yourself!

As his first (and only) signing event in Portand, Eric will be signing autographs and giving tips on the fine art of defending yourself against slackjaws and wormpies. The signing is on Friday, November 16 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m.

In addition to the signing, Bridge City Comics will be hosting the nationwide debut of Eric's new minifilms "Chinatown: The Interview/ The Search For Lance". Director/filmographer Matt Parkinson will be in attendance for a short Q&A session with Eric after the film. The screening begins at 8 p.m. at Bridge City Comics.

Bridge City Comics will have a full range of Eric Powell's books in stock for purchase and will also be taking pre-orders for Eric's newest original graphic novel "The Goon: Chinatown and the Mystery of Mr. Wicker" due for release on November 26.

This event is 21+. No minors allowed after 7 p.m.
